1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in The MoreClub Program, membership is free.
2. Photo identification is required for membership and for any and all MoreClub transactions.
3. Joint accounts are not allowed.
4. The MoreClub cards, points, comp dollars and awards are not transferable.
5. MoreClub points and comp rewards are earned by Members in accordance with their gaming activity and may very depending on the model of the gaming device. The current schedule of earning rewards is available at The MoreClub.
6. Accounts with no activity for 14 months are considered inactive and all points, comp rewards and other benefits will be expired.
7. To record machine play and earn MoreClub points and/or comp rewards the MoreClub must be inserted in the machine's card reader.
8. Members may earn points and/or comp rewards based on live game's play. It is the player's responsibility to present their MoreClub card to the supervisor prior to the start of the live game's play or wager.
9. Any misuse of the card, or improper play as determined by Jerry's Nugget Casino will result in forfeiture of all MoreClub privileges.
10. MoreClub account balances may be forfeited to settle any delinquent credit standings or returned checks.
11. Program points may be earned and redeemed for cash at the rate of 600 points which is equal to $1.00 of U.S. currency. Minimum redemption for cash back is 3,000 points or a $5.00 equivalent.
12. Program comp rewards may be used to acquire the equivalent dollar value of goods and services or the specified comp dollar value of goods or services throughout Jerry's Nugget. Comp rewards are directly debited from the Member's comp account at time of purchase.
13. The minimum redemption for comp usage is $5.00.
14. Any rule or procedure relating to The MoreClub Program may be changed, modified or cancelled by Jerry's Nugget Casino at any time at its sole discretion.
